Erin International CEO Padraic Grennan discusses probate in Ireland.
CEO and founder of Erin International, Padraic Grennan, recently contributed an article to the Parchment Magazine on the current status of probate in Ireland.
The Parchment Magazine is the quarterly publication that issues to members of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, Ireland’s largest bar association.
In light of Erin International’s close alignment with probate practitioners nationwide, the article highlights the delays in applying for probate in Ireland, and remedies to same.
The article also discusses e-probate, the digital initiative of the Courts Service, which will hopefully help to reduce the timeframe for the issuance of grants of representation when implemented.
