Legal Secretary

Erin International is seeking an experienced legal secretary to support our team and CEO with administrative and general office duties.

Working hours will be 30-37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid/Remote (flexible hours considered)

Experience working in a legal environment and knowledge of probate law and procedures will be advantageous.

Role: Legal Secretary/PA

Hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to work from office in Smithfield Dublin 7 and home.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the needs of our clients are met in a timely and professional manner. The role offers the suitable candidate an opportunity to work in a very interesting and challenging industry. The successful candidate would be assisting the existing team in successfully carrying out their duties.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to contribute and add substantial value in a dynamic environment with a firm experiencing a growth phase.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and prior experience;

· Third level qualification desirable

· A pleasant telephone manner and professional image

· Adaptable, enthusiastic and friendly

· Highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail

· Ability to take direction, prioritise, and work well under pressure

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Bright, ambitious person with the ability to work with others

· Team player, but also with the initiative to work alone

· Experience working in a legal environment or similar would be advantageous

· Excellent MS Office skills and experience using a case management system is an advantage

· Diary management, expenses and travel booking

· Updating the database and other general administrative work

· Some reception cover when required

· Warm calls to existing clients
