Operations & Project Manager

Role: Operations/Project Manager

Location: Smithfield, Dublin 7.

Details:

The role of Operations/Project Manager will be to assist the CEO and senior management to deliver its plans for further growth in Ireland and overseas.

This role will be central to the growth of the firm, ensuring all relevant internal and external parties are working to common company goals.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Supporting the CEO with day-to-day operations of the company
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new services and business lines
  • Implementation and enhancement of technological platforms so as to improve workflow efficiencies through automation, AI, etc.
  • Manage and support teams and individual team members
  • Have a strong business acumen and be commercially focussed.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention
  • Develop and enhance client educational programme – online and in-person events
  • Taking a lead role in the organising of business conferences and exhibitions including stand arrangement, branded merchandise, client bookings and follow up reporting & recommendations.
  • Manage client training website by arranging and managing webinars and securing tcontent and speakers
  • Social media and SEO management
  • Design and production of company print publicity material
  • Selection and sourcing of relevant promotional items.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in marketing theory and practices.
  • Other ad hoc marketing & business development tasks required by the firm.
  • Implementation of new projects as they arise

The role may include some time working at conferences nationwide and overseas.

Applicants should have at least 5 years B2B experience, preferably servicing the legal market, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. The role will suit someone with an enthusiastic approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage their time impeccably. Candidates must hold a clean full Irish driving licence.

Erin International is Ireland’s largest probate research and genealogy firm.

Based in Smithfield, Dublin 7, we are seeking an experienced genealogist to join our existing team. Full training will be provided but previous experience in family history and/or people tracing, or having worked in a legal, banking or insurance environments will be favourable.

This is a full-time position primarily based in our office in Smithfield.
