Finding owners/beneficial owners of unused accounts

When an account lies unused for in excess of 15 years, it becomes what is known as a dormant account.

There are many reasons why an account might become unused:

1. The account holder may be deceased
2. The account may have been forgotten about by the account holder
3. The account holder moved overseas with the intention of returning at some point but has not yet done so
4. The account holder may have lost mental capacity

Regardless of the circumstances, our service facilitates for the reuniting of dormant accounts with account holders (if living) or their next of kin/legal personal representatives (if deceased).
