Erin International CEO Padraic Grennan invited to Government Probate Workshop.
CEO and founder of Erin International, Padraic Grennan, was recently invited by officials at the Department of the Taoiseach to attend a probate workshop at Government Buildings, Dublin 2.
The workshop was organised as part of the government’s Housing4All initiative, whereby an expert group has been formed to create recommendations as to what steps might be taken to help free up properties caught up in the probate process.
“The sad reality is that there are thousands of properties tied up in the probate process across Ireland every year”, stated Padraic. “The delays in the probate process do not help, so we think it’s a great idea that the government is taking these proactive steps”.
Attending the meeting as well as Erin International were officials from various government departments and agencies, including representatives from the Law Society of Ireland & the High Court Probate Office.
