Tailte Check is a unique service provided by Erin International whereby we review applications on behal fof practitioners, both prior to submission and upon receipt of rejected applications.

The Tailte Check will cover various elements of the submission process, including but not limited to;

-Transfers, Full or Part. Voluntary, or for consideration.

-Transmissions

-Burdens

-Cautions, Inhibitions and priority entries

-Leases, (pre May 2006 and post May 2006)

-Vesting Certificates

-First Registrations
